My book

Kaizen (“continual improvement” in Japanese) is a state of mind, a soft approach opposed to radical changes, which are more often destabilising than truly efficient. This principle, applied to micronutrition, allows to progressively acquire new “nutrition-health” reflexes: for example stopping consuming some products out of habit, emptying our cupboards of unnecessary ingredients to take advantage of “partner” products, (re-)discovering and experimenting with new flavours… And this, in order to change our diet.
